Covers the Euclidean algorithm, linear congruencies and the Chinese Remainder Theorem, Fermat’s Little Theorem, quadratic residues and quadratic reciprocity, Pythagorean triples and sums of squares. Includes applications in communication, public key cryptography, computer arithmetic, random number generators and music.
