MTH 351: Methods in Applied Mathematics

About The Course

Introduces a broad range of mathematical tools used to solve scientific and engineering problems. Includes the following topics: Fourier analysis, integral transforms, calculus of variation, special functions and coordinate systems. Discusses applications problems, including mechanical structures, electrical circuits, fluid mechanics, continuum mechanics and geometry.
